St. Mary’s Health System, located in the heart of beautiful Lewiston, Maine, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with broad interests as a generalist to join our established, collaborative team of experienced, fellowship-trained surgeons.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Position: Dive into a rewarding career with a mix of OR days and clinic days, plus dedicated time for administrative duties.
  • Welcoming to Residents: Whether you’re finishing your residency or bringing years of experience, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow.
  • Collaborative Environment: Join an established practice alongside: 5 experienced fellowship trained surgeons, 5 APPs, a fellowship trained sports medicine provider, a solid hospitalist program, a skilled nursing facility with a dedicated rehab unit, interventional physiatry, and an exceptional physical and occupational therapy team.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Potential to become Chief of the Orthopedic department, managing and mentoring a team of orthopedic surgeons and staff.
