About the Role

As a Quality Manager, you'll work closely with clinical teams, leadership, and medical staff to improve processes, enhance patient safety, and drive measurable outcomes.  You'll lead performance improvement initiatives, analyze data, and support accreditation and certification efforts across the hospital.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in hospital quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clinical background (RN preferred)
  • Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards
